9.1 The committee may from time to time clearly publish notices to the public and regulate, control or prohibit the following works within the city planning area as necessary and such regularized, controlled or prohibited works Things should not be done by anyone without the prior approval of the committee:- 9.1.1 To enjoy and use agriculture, natural resources, flora, forests, fauna, archaeological, religious, historical places and traditional and neighboring lands and immovable property, 9.1 .2 to build new buildings, offices or other things or to expand such things that have already been built, 9.1.3 to build or build any kind of settlement, residence or accommodation and to build or build entertainment, market, haat, industry etc. places, 9.1.4 To do things that adversely affect the natural beauty of tourist places and the health of the public or pollute the environment in some way, 9.1.5 To use roads, bridges and the means of transportation used in them, tree planting, water, lights, etc. 9.2 For the purposes of sub-section 9.1, the committee may, when giving approval, partially or fully approve or not, or while giving approval, may also specify necessary instructions or conditions or criteria. 9.3 The committee or the person appointed by the committee shall have full authority to enter any house or land or to understand the person concerned to take data or survey any immovable property within the city planning area.
